We MAY allow for the return or exchange of new items purchased, so long as they remain unopened, still in new condition, and still in their original packaging. All items you wish to return or exchange must be done so within 30 days of original purchase.

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact by emailing sales@texasgunandsupply.com . If your item is deemed eligible for a refund or exchange, we will move forward with a full refund, or exchange. If you wish to exchange an item for another, any cost difference is to be made up by you, the purchaser, ( if the item you wish to exchange for is of HIGHER value) before we will ship your item. If the item is of LESSER value, we will issue a full refund for the difference in price. Depending on the item, we may deduct shipping costs for the new item from the total balance owed to you. Please allow 7-10 business days for all refunds to be processed.
FIREARM RETURNS

New firearms are warrantied by the manufacturer. If you have an issue with a new firearm purchased through Texas Gun & Supply, we will ship it to the manufacturer at your expense.
We do NOT ship firearms directly to the purchaser. When ordering a firearm, you must choose an FFL dealer in your area to receive the firearm(s). Once your firearm(s) arrive, please carefully inspect the items BEFORE accepting the transfer. Once you accept the transfer and take possession of the firearm(s), they are NO LONGER ELIGIBLE to be returned or exchanged.
If there is an issue with your firearm upon initial inspection, please advise the FFL dealer that you will not be accepting the transfer and contact us immediately to initiate the return process.
