WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
Texas Gun & Supply accepts cash or checks. Checks may require a holding period to verify available funds. Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal may be used under certain circumstances. Please contact us with any questions regarding payment methods.
DO YOU OFFER A CASH DISCOUNT?
Yes! Texas Gun & Supply offers a cash discount for items picked up and paid for at our FFL location. Items otherwise purchased via credit/debit card will incur a credit card processing fee of 3%.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All items other than firearms or ammunition may be returned, in UNUSED CONDITION, within 30 days of purchase. You will be issued a full refund for the cost of your purchase. Used items may only be returned at the discretion of Texas Gun & Supply, depending on condition.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO PURCHASE A FIREARM?
Under federal law, when purchasing through an FFL licensee you must be at least 18 to purchase a long gun, and 21 to purchase a handgun. New federal law requires a mandatory delay on background checks for anyone under the age of 21.
WHAT IS YOUR FIREARMS RETURN POLICY?
All firearms purchases are final. If there is an issue with your firearm, Texas Gun & Supply will assist you in sending it back to the manufacturer at your expense.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP A FIREARM THAT IM HAVING SHIPPED TO YOU AFTER PURCHASING ONLINE?
No. The actual purchaser must be the individual who fills out the required federal paperwork, completes a background check, and takes ownership of the firearm.
