I am available 7 days a week, UPON APPOINTMENT, to pick up your transfer. NICS checks can be performed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If your only availability to pick up is an abnormal hour, don't hesitate to ask. Please bear with me, as Texas Gun & Supply is not my only job. I will make it my utmost priority to get your firearm(s) to you as quickly as possible . I choose to offer extended hours and a lower transfer fee than most competitors to compensate for this. STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
Once you complete your purchase with the seller/dealer, please complete the transfer form at the bottom of this page, including the following:
1. DESCRIPTION of the firearm(s), along with any invoice or order numbers you received.
2. The SELLERS INFORMATION - name of the business or individual, a reliable phone number, and email address.
3. YOUR INFORMATION - your full name, phone number, and email address.
After I receive all of the information above, I will contact the seller/dealer and initiate the transfer on your behalf.
ANY MISSING INFORMATION CAN/WILL DELAY THE TRANSFER PROCESS.
If you are having an item transferred in from an INDIVIDUAL, THEY MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF THEIR DRIVERS LICENSE WITH THE SHIPMENT in order for the item to be logged in correctly.
When you arrive to pick up your firearm(s) you MUST have a CURRENT government issued ID or concealed weapons permit.
By federal law, an FFL can not release a firearm to anyone without a trigger/receiver lock. New firearms generally include a locking device, but purchasing from an individual may not always include one. Please bring your choice of locking device with you to pick up your firearm just in case it did not ship with one. If you do not have a locking device, you will be required to purchase one for $10.00.

** If you are tracking your order, please do not show up when your item shows it has been signed for by us. Please allow us time to properly log in and process shipments according to federal law. You will be contacted within 24 hours of us recieving the shipment to pick up your firearm. **
Because space is limited, you will have one week (7 DAYS) to pick up your firearm(s) from date of contact for pick up, unless you have made a special arrangement with. After this 7 day period, there will be a $5.00 per day storage charge PER ITEM.
Transfer fee is to be paid upon initial transfer background check.
If NICS check returns as "DELAYED" you will be contacted upon later approval to return, complete the required paperwork, and take possession of your firearm(s).
If NICS check returns as "DENIED" you will still be liable for the transfer fee, as well as the cost to return the firearm(s) to the seller/dealer.
