*There is no firearm registry in the State of Texas. Therefore, a transfer through a dealer during a private sale is not necessary, but may be a good idea if you aren't sure if the buyer is legally able to own a firearm.*
*All items must be transferred the same day, on the same 4473 to receive multiple item discounts.*
SILENCER SHOP ORDERS:

All orders placed with Silencer Shop using Texas Gun & Supply as your preferred dealer are FREE, and no transfer fee will be charged. If you opt to do your fingerprints at Texas Gun & Supply instead of locating another Silencer Shop Kiosk, these will also be included free of charge.
NFA TRANSFERS:

All NFA transfers (excluding machine guns) are $65.00 per item.
Machine Gun transfers are $125.00 or 1% of item cost, whichever is greater.
FIREARM SHIPPING:
--------------------
Handguns - $10.00 per firearm, PLUS actual shipping and insurance costs
- Firearms will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail
- Free packaging material is included with shipping
Lower Receivers: $10.00 for as many as will fit in a USPS Priority Flat Rate box
Long Guns / AR Pistols - $15.00 per firearm, PLUS actual shipping and insurance costs
- Firearms will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail OR UPS Ground, depending on your choice based on actual shipping costs
- Packaging material is NOT included with shipping, HOWEVER, if you reach out to have an item shipped ahead of time I will do my best to save packaging available from other transfers to suit your needs free of charge.
All firearms will be shipped SIGNATURE REQUIRED and include tracking information!
Shipping insurance is OPTIONAL, but Texas Gun & Supply will not be liable for any damages incurred during shipping, or lost/stolen packages.
